By Alexander Cobbs The team up that all rap fans have been waiting for is finally here. Drake and 21 Savage have finally dropped their collaboration album “Her Loss”. After the release of their first two songs together, “Knife Talk” and “Jimmy Cooks,” it was established that the two's rapping chemistry was off the charts. So, when it was teased that 21 and the 6 God were dropping a collab album, fans all around the world were pumped. Well now the album is finally here, so without further ado, here’s a review of “Her Loss” by Drake and 21 Savage.
The album starts off with a song titled “Rich Flex”. It starts off strange, but as soon as 21 gets on the beat, he lets all the fans know what time it is. The song gets a little weird after that as Drake switches the beat and starts singing. But as soon as Drake switches the beat again, it turns into a completely different song. It goes from alright, to straight heat, and is a perfect way to start off the album. The momentum does not stop with the songs “Major Distribution” and “On BS” following the first. “Major Distribution” starts off with a smooth melody from Drake. Then towards the middle of “Major Distribution”, the beat switches up and Drake and 21 start sliding. “On BS” was no different as 21 and Drake are flowing from beginning to end. After those three songs is the song “BackOutsideBoyz” which only has Drake on it. However, it is ad-libbed by rapper Lil Yachty. The middle of the album is a lot like the beginning. It sounds like every song is very different from the one before it. But it works because many of the songs sound great. The songs “Hours In Silence”, “Treacherous Twins”, and “Circo Loco” are absolutely loved by all the fans who have listened so far. “Circo Loco” is said to probably be the best song on the entire album. One of the songs even has a surprise feature from none other than Travis Scott. It is one good song after another. “Her Loss” wraps up with songs such as “More M’s”, “3AM on Glenwood” and “I Guess it’s ‘Forget’ Me”. “More M’s” is more of a cold-hearted beat and on it, both Drake and 21 talk about all the things they are tired of and the respect they deserve. It is a solid way to start the end of the album. “3AM on Glenwood” is a song only by 21 Savage and in it he talks about his life as a Gangster. It is a strange beat to do it on, but it ends up working out as the flow sounds really good. “I Guess it's ‘Forget’ Me” is a song only by Drake and in it, Drake talks about his own life and how he worked hard to get out of where he came from. It leaves all the fans that listened to the album with a deeper thinking on what is being talked about throughout the album. Overall, the album is phenomenal. The ordering of the album is very well orchestrated and allowed for the album to sound like it was telling a story almost. The fans are responding fantastically, and the album is a great bounce back from Drake's last album “Honestly Nevermind,” which wasn’t liked by many people. But “Her Loss” by Drake and 21 Savage may potentially be the Rap Album of the Year.

It's going to impress you with action, and great CGI. “Black Adam” has been #1 at the box office for two weekends in a row. This movie is a setup for many to come from DC. By Noah Buchanan & James Swanner "Halloween” is one of the most famous horror movie franchises of all time dating back to the first movie released in 1978, and the last being released in 2022. It is one of the longest movie series of all time with a lapse of 44 years. There are a total of 13 movies in the series. The first movie, “Halloween (1978 film)” starts with six-year-old Michael Myers killing his older sister and her boyfriend on Halloween night. He gets sentenced and locked away for 15 years. But on October 30, 1978, while being transferred for a court date, he escapes and steals a car to get away. This is when his killing spree happens again.
The theme of the first movie is basically the theme of all the “Halloween” movies. There are different plots in each movie, but they are all set during the time period around Halloween. The main characters are Laurie Strode and Michael Myers. Throughout the movies, it is obvious that Michael goes after babysitters and mothers. The reason why is never clear, and the producers have never given a real reason for his motive. The movies following the original one all have the same plot starting with Michael wreaking havoc on the town and going after babysitters and people. Every ending of the movie has a scene where Michael “dies,” but in the next movie he comes back to life. This gives the feeling that Michael is going to live forever and that he is not even human anymore. But in the last two Halloween movies, Michael is getting older and it seems that he may not actually live forever. In these movies, his age is a factor of how long he can stay alive and how he is barely grasping on to life. In the latest Halloween movie, “Halloween Ends,” a new character is revealed named “Corey Cunnigham,” and in this movie the focus is more on Corey than Michael. The movie has been highly anticipated and is a must watch. But the main part of this article is: Is “Halloween Ends” really the ending movie to the series? |
