By: Jacob Pelayo We all know the main pizza chains such as Dominos, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, etc. But what about the smaller places that not a lot of people know about? They don’t get any recognition, and sometimes can be even better than all of these pizza chains. I went to two different pizza places to see if these were comparable to the big chains. ![]() Picture (left) via Restaurantjump.com The first place is called Rezzini's Pizzeria. It is located on Studebaker Road in Long Beach. It is actually very small. They sell anything from pizzas, to pastas, to salad. The inside of the restaurant gives very old vibes. There is red carpet everywhere, and there are arcade games in one room where children can go play while waiting for food. The workers all seemed very nice, and the prices were pretty affordable. I personally didn’t enjoy the pizza. It tasted pretty cheap and bland. I also tried the salad, which was pretty good. ![]() Picture (left) via Laparolaccia.com The next place was called La Parolaccia Osteria. It is located on East Broadway Street in Long Beach. Unlike the other place, this was fancier. I ordered a pizza, and as soon as I got it, I realized this place was legit. The service was great as was the food. It was pretty expensive, but I can understand why due to the great quality. This place was very good. I would recommend these places: Rezzini's for a quick and easy place to order from or to eat at, or La Parolaccia if you are looking for a nice place to go and spend some quality time and money.
